Soccer
Dear Summer Campers,
I wanted to take a few minutes to encourage you to attend the Notre Dame Women’s Soccer Camp this summer, as we have one of the best camps in the country. We bring in some of the top coaches around the US to staff our summer camps, and along with our Notre Dame staff and players, it’s a great experience for all.
Over my 13 years here at Notre Dame, our summer camps have provided us with a great opportunity to work with some of the top talent around the country. We have found over two-dozen players who have gone on to play for us here at ND! Many of these were players we wouldn’t have known about had they not chosen to attend our summer camp. Many others have gone on to play for universities who were represented as part of our camp staff. It’s one of the reasons we attract a good staff, most use it as a recruiting tool!
Most importantly though, my belief about summer camp is that is should be a teaching and learning opportunity. Player development is essential, and we have a top-class training curriculum in place to help develop our young players. We are not a recreational camp, but a camp that is for the serious player who wants to take her game to another level. It’s a long day of field sessions, lectures, and games that prepare you for the next level regardless of your age. So, if you are looking for an opportunity to spend a few days with some of the top players and coaches in the country, then this is the camp for you!
