5v5 Tournament & Clinic

University of Notre Dame’s Arlotta Stadium
Join the Notre Dame Women’s Lacrosse Staff and 2015 Team for a fun 
and competitive day. Registration is open for High School (9-12) and 
Club Team players who are looking to take their game to the next level.
Important Information:
Teams – All teams must consist of a minimum of 7 players INCLUDING A GOALIE.  
   Teams may not have more than 10 players
Individuals – Players without a team will be placed on a House Team of other 
              individual players
Registration – 9:15 – 10:00 AM on Sunday, November 2, 2014
Cost - $100 per player when signing up with a full team (7-10 players).  $125 when 
signing up as an individual.  This includes lunch and a t-shirt
Format – The day includes a clinic prior to the tournament starting and on-going 
instruction while you play

*Parents/ Guardians will want to meet departing campers at Arlotta Stadium. 

*Parents/ Guardians are allowed to watch in the stands of Arlotta Stadium.


-If you have to cancel for ANY reason (injury or otherwise) up until 8 days prior to the start of the clinic, you will receive a refund less a $30.00 cancellation fee. 

-*NO refunds can be issued for any reason outside of 


-Please note that all attendees will be provided with a complimentary lunch. Please note any food allergies or special dietary needs on the online registration packet so we can tailor our order as needed.

Checklist of Things to Bring:
-Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment and personal items.  DO NOT bring unnecessary clothes or
expensive cameras, ipods, radios, TV’s or other valuable items.  Notre Dame is not responsible for any 
personal items brought to camp.  Please label every article that you bring.  All items will be the responsibility
of the individual camper.  Notre Dame is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten items.
Mouth Guard
Lacrosse Cleats/turf shoes  
Protective Eyewear
Appropriate Indoor and Outdoor Clothes
Snacks and Water Bottle
Sneakers/Tennis Shoes
Extra Socks
Rain Gear
*Games will be played on GRASS & FIELD TURF- please make sure to bring BOTH Lacrosse cleats/ turf shoes. 
-Please keep in mind the potential for cool temperatures and be prepared with proper attire
-All teams are asked to please coordinate their team uniform (jersey, pinny, color t-shirt) along with team numbers
