General Skills Camp

Notre Dame Summer Diving Camp is an excellent opportunity for divers of all ages, abilities and experiences.  During their stay on our beautiful campus in South Bend, campers will focus on improving their diving technique, learning more new dives and preparing for the upcoming season.  The Notre Dame Diving Camp combines experienced staff and world class training.  Head Coach Caiming Xie, former Chinese National Team coach, will structure and deliver all camp sessions.  Each camper will be offered an exciting and valuable opportunity to learn advanced Chinese techniques from one of the finest coaching staffs in the country; that of the Fighting Irish.

Notre Dame Diving Camp combines the educational component of sport along with the training and instruction necessary for execution.  Practice sessions will include fundamental diving instruction both in the water and through dry-land drills and workouts.  In order to provide as much personal instruction as possible, our coach to camper ratio will remain 1:5.  With only 35 spots available, this session is filling fast!  Register now!

This camp is open to any and all entrants who, in Fall of 2017, will be entering grades 6–12.


The setting for the Notre Dame Diving Camp is the nationally renowned campus of the University of Notre Dame, located on the outskirts of South Bend, Indiana, 90 miles east of Chicago on the Indiana Toll Road. All campers will reside in one of the residence halls normally occupied by undergraduate students of the University. Meals will be served in the North Dining Hall. Many of the nation’s finest athletic facilities will be utilized during each camp session.
